I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it truly exceeded my high expectations. Not only did they go above and beyond by returning my forgotten earphones promptly, but they also had a washing machine and dryer available for guest use, which was incredibly convenient. the flat-screen TV in the room was a nice touch and perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. the hotel's proximity to amazing dining options such as the Tea Lounge and Middletons Steakhouse & Grill Norwich made my stay even more enjoyable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for their exceptional service and amenities.
